• 7-day hassle-free returns from the delivery date; return processing takes 5-7 days.

• Reverse pickup available with a Rs 150 deduction per order (not per item).

• Two pickup attempts; if unsuccessful, you must return the item yourself.

• We provide Refund in form of store credit only .Customer will get store credit within 2-3 working days of product returned.

• Returns must be in original condition; worn/damaged items won’t be refunded.

• Shipping charges 100₹ are non-refundable.

SELF-SHIPPING OF ORDERS FOR RETURNS:

In case your pincode is non-serviceable for a reverse pick up, you’ll have courier the product(s) to the following address:

Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and the ORDER ID and registered mobile number is mentioned on the packaging. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact.

Product should be dispatch within 7 days from the date of delivery to Get the Store credit amount.

PLEASE NOTE: We request that you do not use The Professional Couriers for self return as they are not reliable and the package will not be accepted at the warehouse. Please make sure your courier costs do not exceed the amount stipulated above. We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service. Speed Post is a Government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.

If you have received an SMS or EMAIL of order delivered status and if it's not received by you, please email or contact us within 24 hours.

The customer will be under an obligation to take utmost care of the product(s) whilst the products are in their possession. This includes all of the product(s) instructions, documents and wrappings while returning the product(s) in the same condition as received.

In circumstances where the customer feels that the product does not conform to the standards at the time of delivery, they shall promptly contact us via our mail support@stylefashionkarma.com with details of the product and its damage within 1 day of receiving the products; whereon, the customer will receive instructions from us.

Upon return of the product, we will fully examine it and notify the customer of their right to a refund (if any) via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We aim to solve as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 working days from the day, we confirmed to the customer via e-mail that they are entitled to a return.
